I decided that we all need a little more funny in our sad, depressing lives so here's the first installment of what I'm calling Mirthful Monday.
We all know that exercise is good for depression and most of us resolve to get more of it in the coming year. Unfortunately, most of us run out of motivation (get it? "run" out?
